What sets this edition apart is its sense of place.

Both sides of the blade bear a topographic engraving of the Snake River, tracing its winding path through Jackson Hole as an eagle would see it. Subtle blue-green tones bring the engraving to life, like sunlight catching the current on a late July afternoon.

The handle carries the story forward. Each is shaped from stabilized maple and poured with deep azure resin, echoing the river’s summer colors and the cottonwoods that line its banks. Natural variations in grain, tone, and swirl mean no two knives are alike.

Use & Care
  • Hand wash with warm soapy water and hand dry for maximum edge retention and stain resistance. For safety and edge protection, store dry knives in their leather sheath, in a wood block, or on a magnet designed to hold knives. For a full tune-up: free lifetime sharpening.
  • Do not put in the dishwasher - this will dull the knife.
  • For edge retention, cut only on wood or softer plastic cutting boards.
  • As needed, apply a light coat of mineral oil to the handle with a soft cloth to enhance vibrance.
